Welcome to  Studio Rama . We take pride in delivering meticulously handcrafted, made-to-order garments that honor the rich tapestry of India’s textile legacy. To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we kindly ask you to review the following policies thoroughly before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • We provide complimentary shipping throughout India.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days following dispatch.
  • For customized or made-to-order items, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for production and quality assurance before dispatch.

International Shipping: 

  • A shipping fee of INR 3000 per 0.5 kg will be applicable.
  • We encourage customers to reach out to us prior to placing an international order. We collaborate with various shipping partners and may offer more competitive rates based on destination and package weight.
  • Recipients are accountable for all **import duties, customs fees, and local taxes as mandated by their respective countries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Additional Notes: 

  • In the unlikely event of material unavailability or if a product fails to meet our quality standards, customers will be informed via email with updated timelines.
  • If a shipment is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the time of delivery, or repeated delivery failures, re-shipping charges will apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery. If the parcel appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery and report the issue immediately with photographic evidence to design@studioramaonline.com or call +91 9052101248.

2. Order, Return & Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that all products at Studio Rama are handcrafted and made-to-order. Therefore:

  • All sales are final.
  • We adhere to a strict no return, no exchange, and no cancellation policy.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • We do not accept returns based on personal preferences, color discrepancies, or sizing issues.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the order is confirmed lost in transit by the logistics provider.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and details prior to placing an order.

3. Terms & Conditions

By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

  • All content on the website, including product designs, images, text, and layout, is the intellectual property of  Studio Rama and may not be reproduced, copied, or utilized without written consent.
  • Studio Rama reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability or pricing errors.
  • Due to variations in screen resolution and the nature of handcrafted textiles, slight differences in color, weave, or texture may occur and will not be deemed defects.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We collect customer data (including name, address, email, and payment details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer support.
