1. Product Colour Disclaimer
All product images are photographed in natural or studio lighting to reflect the product as accurately as possible.
However, actual colours may vary slightly due to:

Natural dye and handloom variations
Such minor colour differences do not constitute a defect and shall not be grounds for return or dispute.
2. Handcrafted & Handloom Variations
Our products are handcrafted and handwoven, celebrating traditional techniques and artisanal uniqueness.

Texture
Dye intensity
are natural characteristics of handmade products, not flaws. Each piece is unique.
3. Size & Fit Disclaimer
All garment measurements provided are approximate and may vary by ±1–2 cm due to:
Hand cutting and stitching
Fabric behavior
Customers are advised to refer carefully to the size chart before placing an order.
Fit preferences (regular, relaxed, fitted) are subjective and may differ from person to person.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Customised or made-to-order items are produced as per the specifications confirmed at the time of order.
Once confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or returns are permitted.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and details.
5. Natural Fabric Characteristics
Fabrics such as cotton, silk, linen, khadi, and naturally dyed textiles may:
Show irregular yarns or slubs
Soften or change texture over time
Bleed colour slightly during initial washes
These are inherent fabric properties and not manufacturing defects.
6. Care Instructions
Customers must strictly follow the provided wash and care instructions.
Improper care, including machine washing, harsh detergents, or direct sun drying, may damage the product and void any return or exchange eligibility.
7. Claims & Acceptance
Any product-related claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images and order details.
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
8. Governing Law
All purchases, disputes, and contractual relationships shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
